Once again, the kids are in the lead at Turbina!

On Sunday afternoon, 8 September, a sea of adventures awaits all the excited, crawling, climbing, happy children within the fabulous walls of Turbina. We’ll paddle into exciting waters, all the way to the realm of pirates and mermaids, where we’ll be welcoming crew members with craft activities and interactive performances. The programme is recommended for children aged 0-9 years.

PROGRAM:

Kuflisziget (BIGROOM)

Soundtracks, animation show, book signing and reading

We would like to introduce children to the writing, animation and music segments of filmmaking and book adaptation through the concept of Kuflik. We will screen a short excerpt from To the Sea, Kuflik, with director Kristóf Jurik interactively explaining how the drawings come to life on screen. One half of the episode will be read by András Dániel, the author of the book series, who will sign the books he has brought or bought after the performance.

During the performance, children will be able to try their hand at hangeffects based on András Dániel’s best-selling storybook “A heap of Kufli” with Balázs Alpár and his fellow musicians, and will also have the chance to play music together in the kindly, crazy world of Kuflik.

There will also be a book sale courtesy of Pagonyt, and KEDD Studio will be on hand with plushies and Kufli toys and activities.
