When night falls, we transform. Turbina turns into a techno club – and of course house, trance, acid, nu rave, but above all it’s electronic music that fills our spaces until morning. Inside the walls, the energy shifts: more free, more intense, more collective. And that brings to life a few fundamentals we all follow – because only then can the dancefloor become a true home of self-liberation for everyone.

DIVERSITY is at the core of everything we do. It shines through in our programs, our performers, and our audience. We believe that different voices and stories together create the strongest rhythm.

INCLUSIVITY is not just a marketable slogan for us, but a principle. No matter where you come from, who you are, or how you express yourself – you belong on the dancefloor. And we ask that you grant this to others as well.

SAFETY comes before everything else. There’s no place here for unwanted advances, groping, violence, or any kind of abuse. We have zero tolerance for this. Anyone caught will not be welcome again – and we ask you, if you witness something, please report it to our staff as soon as possible.

AWARENESS matters even when you come to let go. The dancefloor is our extended private space where everyone can be free – so think twice before recording anything on your phone, and don’t even consider using flash. We’d rather see you living it, not filming it.
