I. ACCESS TO TURBINA
1.
Access to the Turbina is only possible during opening hours. Opening hours may vary depending on the daily programme, which can be found on the Turbina website.
The Turbina sells tickets for events at Turbina, the price and number of which is determined by Turbina.
For some of the programmes, tickets are sold by external partner companies and ticketing services. In this case, the number of tickets to be sold is determined by Turbina and the price by the external partner company.
The Visitor can find information on ticket prices and how to purchase tickets on Turbina’s own website (www.turbinabudapest.hu), on its social media platforms and on the websites of other partner companies. Only cash tickets can be purchased on site.
If the Event is free of charge or free of charge but subject to registration, Turbina will provide information on the aforementioned platforms.
The purchased ticket is valid for one entry only.
Visitor acknowledges that by purchasing a ticket, he automatically accepts these Rules of the House and assumes the consequences of non-compliance.
2.
Children under 12 years of age may enter the programmes at the Turbina without paying an admission ticket, except for programmes specifically for children, which include a children’s ticket, and accompanied by a parent holding a ticket for the programme. Guests aged between 12 and 18 (under 18 years) may enter the Turbina according to the following rules:
– Guests aged between 12 and 16 (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult and must have a ticket. During the ticketing process, a wristband with a distinctive colour will be applied – which requires the presentation of proof of age (ID card or passport) – and after that, they may only stay on the club premises until 22:00.
– Guests aged between 16 and 18 (under 18) can enter with a ticket and even without an adult. A wristband with a distinctive colour will be applied during on-site ticketing, which requires proof of age (ID card or passport), after which you will be restricted to the club until 22:00.
– Visitors under the age of 18 (under 18s) are allowed to attend programmes at the latest until 22:00.
Guests are entitled to wear event wristbands, which are applied after ticketing and are always event-specific, including age identification due to their different colour.
3.
Turbina can only guarantee access if the ticket presented at the entrance is original and has not been used before. A Turbina staff member will validate the ticket by scanning the QR code on the ticket at the time of entry. If the scanning system indicates that the code to be scanned has already been used, the ticket cannot be re-used. Turbina is entitled to refuse entry to the event if the ticket holder wishes to enter with a fake or previously used ticket.
4.
The Turbina staff will exchange the ticket for a wristband for all its events, which the visitor must wear until the end of the event. Damage to or loss of the wristband is the sole responsibility of the visitor and, in the event of such an occurrence, the visitor forfeits the rights of the intact wristband and must leave the event area. Turbina reserves the right to check wristbands throughout the Club at all times.
5.
Turbina reserves the right to limit the items (e.g. large bags, umbrellas) and equipment that may be brought into the club area.
In particular, no drugs, pyrotechnics, explosive, toxic or flammable objects or devices, graffiti, spray paint and felt-tip pens, firearms, knives, butterfly knives, switchblades, gas sprays, lead batons, etc. are allowed on Turbina premises, vipers, metal chains, throwing stars, slingshots and any other instrument or object defined by the legislation in force as particularly dangerous to public safety, or any object the possession of which is illegal or which may pose a threat to the safety of persons on the club premises.
6.
No food or drink may be brought onto the Turbina premises.
7.
In order to ensure compliance with the rules of the house, Turbina uses the assistance of a personal and property security service. The security service shall be authorised, pursuant to Act CXXXIII of 2005 on the rules of personal and property protection and private investigation, to remove or prevent the entry of specified persons at the entrance on the premises of Turbina.
By entering the premises, the Visitor expressly undertakes to cooperate to the fullest extent permitted by law with these agents and to follow their instructions in the event of an emergency. If the Visitor wishes to make a complaint about the behaviour of these persons, he may do so at the Ticket Office at the entrance to the Club.
8.
