🤲 The playful little sibling of the “I AM HERE – Presence & Charisma” workshop arrives at the Urban Erotica Festival, where exercises inspired by theatre and psychology help you discover your true colors.
This intensive session combines the basic techniques of mindfulness with actor-training practices. Through playful yet focused exercises, we work on becoming more present and more connected to ourselves.
What do we do at the workshop?
We play.
And through that, we explore the quality in which we can exist freely and naturally.
