After two seasons of Techno Symposium — where some of the most acclaimed artists from Budapest’s electronic scene have shared their artistic, personal, and technical experiences with a growing and engaged community — we’re ready to take the next step.

We’re launching the first Techno Symposium / Open Decks to celebrate the diversity of our community and strengthen it further!
Our aim is to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels safe, valued, and celebrated.

🎧 This event offers a platform for beginner DJs of all backgrounds — who share our commitment to respect and inclusivity — to be heard.

👉 Five selected DJs will each play a one-hour set in the Klubszoba, using professional gear:
3× CDJ 3000 + Pioneer mixer, in front of a live audience.

📌 Who can apply?
Those who:

• are already able to perform a one-hour set using professional equipment (CDJs and mixer);

• have played no more than two official gigs (i.e., events with pro gear + artist fee received).

⚠️ This is not a contest. It’s a real, supportive space to grow, be heard, and share your music.

👥 Members of BAS will be present to offer tech/organizational help if needed.

📥 Application process:
➤ Fill out the form in the ticket link by April 24, including a DJ set link that reflects your sound (must be submitted via the form).
➤ 5 artists (solo or B2B) will be chosen based on the applications and lineup coherence.
➤ Results announced by May 4.

💬 Everyone is welcome to apply and attend.
Priority will be given (but not exclusively) to those who have already attended one or more Techno Symposium events.
