For the next stop of our handshake series, we welcome a truly creative and prolific artist from the international scene. Since his debut in 2018, Berlin-based Chontane, who has Ukrainian roots, has received numerous accolades as a producer and DJ.
He also works as a sound designer, so it’s no wonder that all his work is of outstanding quality. His music appears on labels such as Mutual Rytm, Illegal Alien, Index or Emerald and Monnom Black.

His sets are characterized by the good-natured but uncompromising energetic techno of the nineties and the 2000s, which he is not ashamed to break from time to time with a bit of the unexpected. His musical thinking has already taken him to most of the major clubs in Europe, including Tresor, Fuse, Blitz and RS, what is more he joins us at Turbina with the fresh experiences of his first American tour.
