Kontraszt – Guest: Lámpaláng // Turbina
Pure reality in instruments, in lyrics – in black and white. Founded by Korinna Mirtse and Zsolt Csizmazia, Kontraszt is a powerful yet fragile sound, searching for light in darkness and darkness in light.
Their songs have won the Fülesbagoly talent contest’s “Best Songwriter” and “Best Female Vocalist” awards, and they also won first place in the national final of the Joy of Music talent contest. After the release of their second album “Past Time”, they gave a solo concert in the Kobuci garden, closed the festival season on the big stage of the Ördögkatlan and presented their single album in the spring on the A38 boat.
Their last concert this year will also feature new songs never heard before.
Guest.
“Lámpaláng’s music is sung poetry, literary pop – the trio has grown into a six-piece band, creating an adventurous musical world with their own songs, poems, ballads, readings and sayings.
Orsi Tóth’s vocals confidently lead the way through a forest of genres, touching on folk, modern country pop, bluegrass, occasional rock and subtle singer-songwriter melodies. The orchestra pays homage to the poetry of Sándor Weöres, Miklós Radnóti, Attila József, János Pilinszky and László Nagy, adding contemporary poems and their own lyrics as equals.
