The exhilarating energy of trampoline training moves to the Turbina Great Hall for a morning. Pounding rhythms and special trampolines will ensure that every part of your body is moved through cardio, strengthening and stretching blocks of simple steps. The icing on the cake is that you won’t have a chance to think about anything else, so you’re guaranteed a complete mental break!
What you’ll need: comfortable trainers, towel and water!
Come regardless of age, gender or fitness level!
