Flowing with The Elements Yoga 3.

This yoga-series was based on the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and aether.

The philosophy of yoga states that every single living body, the plants, the animals and humans as well have the five elements inside of them. In yoga, each element has its own motion, energy, mood. If we get to know these characteristics, and start understand them, we can live with a bigger balance in our movements, in our actions- both on the yoga matress and in the world outside of it.
