Csíkunszt move
This event is brought to life by getting out of the chair, a love of movement, and a relatively long process.
It’s an active, effortless movement sequence of about 75 minutes, beautifully energising and healing when done regularly. Based on Vinyasa Flow, Qigong and Synergy Yoga. The idea is to move gradually, guided from your centre, your navel, and not always by your head. From our centre it is easier to flow.
In this method, traditional lineage and physiotherapy meet, thanks to which we do not need to overstretch our body. This helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for calmness, information flow and tension release on both the physical and mental level. So we start to connect better with ourselves.
It’s OK for complete beginners, regardless of gender, age, anything.
There are about 8 places, please bring a mat!
Background music tries not to be too dominant, it’s: jazzy, downtempo, chill and it’s still evolving organically.
According to the Chinese year, it is the Year of the Rabbit and the Year of the Wood Dragon starts on February 10. However, here the days are getting longer from 21 December, which marks the start of a new year.
ABOUT ME:
Noémi Fazakas (1991, born in Sfântu Gheorghe): freelance graphic designer (sedentary work:)) ) and active practitioner of this trend, which is for the modern, i.e. western man, for about 6-7 years.
