March 23 – We’re really going to roll up the rug at Turbina… to skate all night long! 🤘😉
If you also carry a good amount of traumatic experiences left by Hungarian centuries (generational, institutional, and collective levels), let’s wash off the disgrace together, release the steam, and wrap it all in a positive, humorous coat, connecting the past and present. It’s important to emphasize that while Hungarian retro hits will be playing in the roller disco, this is NOT in the spirit of a retro party! 😃

Before the roller disco, less experienced skaters can join a BEGINNER WORKSHOP, where they will learn the essential basics, principles of safe skating, and the rules of rollerdisco. Afterward, a SKATE DANCE workshop will follow, matching the event’s theme (“Hungarian retro vibes” 🤪).
If you don’t have skates, don’t worry! Rent skates from us (limited availability, please email us before purchasing your rental ticket to check if your size is available: skatejambudapest@gmail.com).

Non-skating tickets will also be available again, so come and dance in your shoes! 💃🏽🕺🏽
