wedish Magnus Birgersson, better known as Solar Fields, has been active in the electronic music scene since the late nineties. The nineties were not today, and the artist, who has since then enjoyed a varied career, has been a guest at Avatar on numerous occasions. On 11 November, we welcome Magnus back to the Turbina for a special occasion: he’s coming to Budapest to celebrate his 50th birthday.
In response to your previous feedback, we have organised not one, but two consecutive parties on this day, so that those who can’t/won’t stay up until the morning can attend. The first event will take place between 7pm and 11pm and the second between 11:30pm and 6am. Due to Turbina’s location, space is somewhat limited, but the two time slots will allow everyone to find their own time and space. Solar Fields, still one of the most creative figures in Scandinavian electronic music, will be playing pretty much the same thing at both parties. We are waiting for you!
