A varied programme is expected, on Sunday sessions we will practice different specific Asana sequences, breathing, concentration, meditation exercises and several sessions to deepen the slowly becoming notorious emotional catch-up process. Tea and/or refreshments will be provided.
Weekday is a relaxed, roughly one-hour practice planned together, We will be looking for a shadier spot in the Philosophers’ Garden first, but this may change as the weather and experience develops, we will let you know in due course. Sunscreen is recommended in all amounts!
