Regularly twice a week on Wednesdays.
This event is brought to life by getting out of the chair, a love of movement and a relatively long process.
It’s an active, effortless 75 minutes or so of movement, beautifully energising and healing when done regularly. Based on Vinyasa Flow, Qigong and Synergy Yoga. The idea is to move gradually, guided from your centre, your navel, and not always by your head. From our centre, we can flow more easily and relax into it.
In this method, traditional lines and physiotherapy meet, so we don’t have to overstretch our bodies. This helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for calmness, information flow and tension release on both the physical and mental level. So we start to connect better with ourselves.
It’s OK for complete beginners, regardless of gender, age, anything.
There are about 8 places, please bring a mat! You can register here: https://docs.google.com/…/1FyVUoEvTFDQse8S9oJ5L…/edit…
Background music tries not to be too dominant, it’s: ambient, jazzy, downtempos, chill and it’s still evolving organically.
According to the Chinese year, it is the Year of the Rabbit and the Year of the Wood Dragon starts on February 10. However, here the days are getting longer from 21 December, which marks the start of a new year.
ABOUT ME:
Noémi Fazakas (1991, born in Sfântu Gheorghe): freelance graphic designer (sedentary work:))) and for about 6-7 years an active practitioner of this trend, which is aimed at the modern, i.e. western man.
It has gradually helped me with my knee problems and anxiety.
It’s a new beginning for me too, thanks to my masters Katalin Szil (SiMuove), Dénes Janoch (Internal Yoga), Master Yang (Calligraphy Yoga, Qigong), Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss (who created Synergy Yoga: http://yogasynergy. com – I’m currently studying here), Katalin Németh (with whom I completed the Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga training) and Krisztin Mogyorósy (Hatha Yoga).
I am grateful to be part of this exciting journey.
