Last January, Platon Karataev released their third album, Crying for the Coast, in which the band delves further into the core of existence, wandering in altered states of consciousness, encountering the boundary universe, and confronting ourselves and passing away. This time the songs will be performed as a duo, with tracks from the new album alongside earlier compositions, and a glimpse of the forthcoming fourth album.
All this will be more than just an ordinary experience, as our chefs will be working on the Turbina floor to symbiose what we hear and what we talk about with our music themed menu.
The food will be prepared by the Domovoj Project chefs, alongside Ramon Batta, master chef at Gastro Trash, and our unrivalled range of alcoholic and homemade non-alcoholic fermented beverages will be guaranteed by the house.

Our bistro was born with the credo to show that plant-based cuisine can be super exciting. Working in close collaboration with the Domovoj Project team, the Bistro tries to take inspiration from across technologies and climates and incorporate it into the flavours, textures and colours of the food. However, seasonal ingredients and local suppliers are carefully selected to ensure a more conscious and sustainable cuisine.
We use a number of labour- and attention-intensive processes that are rarely used in a restaurant setting: alongside our homemade ferments, we add our own intense, crispy lyophilized specialties to enhance the flavour of our dishes.
